Wandering Archive brings together work by four artists. Across installation, painting and photography, the works presented here engage with the concept of the archive in personal, and often playful, ways. Eschewing austerity and authority, these artists have produced idiosyncratic archives, or interactions with institutional archives, that emphasise the archive as a process, defined by transience, malleability and re-interpretation.

This exhibition was exhibited on unceded lands, and we acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of these places, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation.

An earlier version of this exhibition was exhibited at Scope, Miami in 2013.
